We offer a wide range of specialized programs and services that span from the beginning to life’s end and include help with critical needs including food, clothing and shelter.
CVES
The CV-TEC Division of Champlain Valley Educational Services (CVES) offers a wide range of Career & Technical Education (CTE) Programming, Adult Literacy Programming, and Continuing Education Programming for our school districts and community members of Clinton and Essex Counties.
RSVP
The Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) is the largest older adult volunteer program in the nation. RSVP recruits, trains, and places older adult volunteers (age 55+) in a host of community-based human service agencies.
JCEO
All programs are based on JCEO’s mission to alleviate poverty through practical, timely, and innovative services that emphasize and develop problem-solving skills for people.
UNITED WAY
United Way of the Adirondack Region, Inc. is a voluntary fund-raising and human service organization that was started in 1949. With offices in Elizabethtown, Malone, and Plattsburgh we serve Clinton, Essex, and Franklin Counties.
NYS OTDA PUBLIC PROGRAMS
The Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) is responsible for supervising programs that provide assistance and support to eligible families and individuals.

St. Joseph’s Community Outreach Center is a mission of RCC St. Alexander’s & St James’s church.

Provides information and referral services to health and human service agencies. Also coordinates a wide variety of other programs such as volunteerism, disaster preparedness and recovery, community engagement, and EITC (Earned Income Tax Credit) free tax preparation sites.
