Immigration Resource Coordinator

The Immigration Resource Coordinator (Diane Noiseux) provides case management through a coordination of services and referrals for Immigrants and Refugees in the North Country Region. The North Country Region includes Clinton, Essex, St Lawrence, Franklin, Jefferson and Lewis Counties.  These resources can also include a free immigration consultation with an attorney.
